This brew blooms with delicate floral notes and bursts of tropical fruits and pine, beautifully sessionable, light on the palate and rich in character.

Meet Hop Cat, a lively pale ale with a very subtle haze and a whole lot of attitude. Brewed exclusively with Citra hops, this beer leaps from the glass with bright aromas of grapefruit zest, ripe mango and hints of passion fruit. The flavour follows through with juicy citrus and tropical notes.

A balanced blend of three big hops contribute to the fine flavour profile of our special ABV. High alpha Admiral for that orange burst, Belma brings the clean fresh melon notes from the Yakima Valley, and the relatively new hop, Vista, for subtle soft fruit.

Vibrant grapefruit and delicate lemon flavours with a refreshing finish. Jarl is our flagship, flavour-forward, single-hop session blonde ale brewed as a showcase of American hop, Citra.

We're burning back into the cask stratosphere. Australia and the US come together in an ignited dual nation IPA at session strength. Galaxy takes the lead with a citrus, peach and passion splash. Amarillo plays support and lifts the citrus to the next level. All built on the custom BBF uber pale malt platform, this is outta-this-world cask.

A pale ale with a rustic farmhouse approach to the malt bill. Noble and New World hops are combined for a pleasing aroma, with Sicilian lemon zest added after fermentation for a clean zesty finish.

A pale ale hopped entirely with Nelson Sauvin.

A double dry hopped pale with an abundance of mango, passion fruit and pineapple tropical fruits, with citrus in the foreground making for a delightful mix of fruit salad on the palette. Brewed in collaboration with Charles Faram & Yakima Chief Hops.

We brewed a birthday beer with the Selden Arms. It's full of Nelson and Citra so it has all those gooseberry, white winey and citrus flavours you'd expect balanced with the right amount of bitterness.

Direct to cask hopped pale ale. Classic traditions with spectrum liquid hops for more aroma. A juicy pale ale with Krush hops bringing bags of fresh ripe tropical flavours with mango, guava and passionfruit with a herbal bitterness.

Brewing exclusively with pale malt allows the tropical passion fruit flavours from the NZ hops to shine through.

West Coast IPA, an Ossett brewery collaboration with Azvex Brewery. Electronic Rat is a classically crushable West Coast IPA, expect a rich bronze colour, hoppy citrus notes and a smooth mouthfeel.

A brand new addition to our core range, certified Gluten-Free and eminently drinkable, built on a delicate malt bill with whole leaf, pellet and liquid hops added throughout. A modest dry-hop of US and NZ varieties expresses sweet orange and pressed grape with a finish of bright pine. Light, refreshing and sessionable. Vegan and Gluten Free.

A swirling mass of hops envelops the palate with floral, earthy, and subtly fruity aromas. This refreshing, straw-coloured golden ale finds perfect balance as vibrant hops meet a delicate backbone. The dry, moderately bitter finish lingers, while a smooth, rounded mouthfeel highlights its classic heritage.

A session pale ale, brewed with only Maris Otter malt and a blend of New World hops. This vibrant pale ale has a spicy grapefruit bitterness followed by a fresh lime flavour and tropical fruity aromas.

A well rounded session pale ale, with a malty flavour. First made in 1983 this is one of the first and most popular Pilgrim Ales and is one of the heritage range. Surrey is made with Whitbread Golding and Styrian Golding hops, Maris Otter and Crystal malt.

Hazy and juicy. New England IPA using a combination of Citra and Idaho 7 hops, offering a deep fruity flavour and sweet aroma accompanied by a proper New England full bodied mouth feel. A hazy, fruity and juicy monster of a beer.

Golden British Pale, a light summer pale ale offering a thirst-quenching drinkability and refreshing smoothness. With only a light Citra dry hop, there is a touch of citrus on the palate with a sweet aroma. The perfect beer for a sunny day.

A modern IPA rooted in APA tradition, showcasing bright tropical aromas of pineapple and soft citrus. Medium-light in body with a gentle bitterness, finishing clean and refreshing.

A modern American pale ale offering a perfect blend of pale malt and new age American hops, combining to form a hop-forward beer with punchy mango notes and citrus depth.

Refreshing and fruity. This low ABV beer packs a punch of mango and passionfruit aromas and flavours with a light zingy carbonation to create a refreshing and truly sessionable beer.

A feisty little fellow with an American accent. Can be enjoyed either as cask ale from the handpump or carbonated from the keg tap. After hopping in the brew as normal, more hops are added as it ferments, tons more flavour. A more complex beer for bigger flavours, but without the extra bitterness.

Very sessionable, malt driven Bristol beauty. Light to medium body, gold in colour. Vegan.

Classic pale/gold Mancunian bitter.

Our take on a cask best bitter. Amber hues and malt flavours abound. Bread crust, light toffee and drying biscuity finish are the order of the day, balanced by the delectable traditional hop pairing of UK grown Fuggle and Golding hops.

JW Lees, Manchester's oldest brewer, is now the exclusive brewer of Boddingtons Cask Ale which they brew under licence. This revival brings together two powerhouses of Northern beer heritage. Boasting a distinctive golden colour and a luscious creamy head when poured. Smooth, creamy and slightly bitter.

A rich malty ale, brewed with a grist of Maris Otter, crystal and dark roasted chocolate malts to produce a ruby glow accompanying nutty winter flavours with shades of a Belgian Dubbel. A seriously good beer.

A classic Best Bitter, Gower Wolf (4.0% ABV) has got a nice traditional feel to it, hints of chocolate and honey in the aroma and flavour give it character. Locally grown hops give an edge to the smooth malt profile. A traditional pint for a traditional pub, especially on more wintry days. Great with sausage and mash.

Collaboration with Hook Norton. American Amber Ale features Amarillo, Citra and Emperor, creating a hoppy finish on top of deep caramel malt flavours.

Boldly classic, this ale offers a light fruit cake aroma that gently leads into warming notes of roasted coffee and rich dried fruit. Smooth, comforting, and packed with character, it's a proper nod to tradition with just enough swagger to steal the show.

Our deep ruby porter is a fine example of a beer that gained popularity during the industrial revolution. Brown malt imparts an aroma of bread crust with a subtle roast character, alongside chocolate and crystal malt which brings the classic smooth sweetness typical of this classic style.

Crisp and zesty pale brewed with just a hint of Sicilian sea salt and lemons.

Evoke is a soft, floral and piney session pale. Idaho 7 and Cascade bring grapefruit and pine notes, whilst Loral provides a long, floral finish.

Porter using four different malts for a smooth rich flavour then infused post fermentation with Brazil Nut flavouring. Lovely sweet and nutty.

An American style pale ale, using only hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. The high note, stone fruit classic aroma leaves a clean palate with a mosaic of fresh berry and tropical after tones. A brewery favourite for all occasions.

Light sparkle, hint of tannin, pleasing sweetness, fresh clean flavour, well-balanced blend with initial apple notes followed by more complex soft back note of tannin which give good structure. Very juicy and full mouth feel.

Sheppy's famous Classic Draught Cider is produced in Somerset from home grown apples from the farm at Three Bridges. A traditional blend of cider and dessert apple varieties produces this thirst-quenching sharing cider.
